For 2023 all people who wish to compete for a HOYS ticket need to have a HOYS card costing £35 for the season.  This must be purchased 24 hours prior to the first HOYS qualifying show in which they wish to participate, please remember the office is not open on a Saturday.   A list of paid up Stallions, Mares and Geldings will be updated on this website, which stewards and show secretaries can obtain prior to the show.

If your are in a qualifying position you will need to have paid your fee to be awarded the qualifier.  ALL QUALIFYING HORSES WILL BE CHECKED AND IF IT IS SUBSEQUENTLY FOUND YOU HAVE NOT PAID, THE QUALIFIER WILL TRANSFER TO THE NEXT UNQUALIFIED HORSE IN THE TOP FOUR WHO HAS PAID.

There will be no opportunity to retrospectively pay your fee.

All shows that are awarded  HOYS qualifying status will be required to comply with this requirement or they may lose their HOYS classes in future.
