Agonia (SU) - Owned by Miss L Young - Ridden by Miss E Cooper
Agonia (Gordon x Arina) was bred at the Tersk Stud in 2000, imported to the UK in 2003 and bought by Lauren Cresser (nee Young) in 2006. After being shown successfully inhand, she was backed at the age of 8 and enjoyed an easy life of hacking. Last year, Agonia was sent to Emily Cooper to be produced for the Novice ridden mares. 2011 was an incredible year with wins including Wales & West, Aintree, North Staffs Summer and culminating with Reserve Champion Ridden Mare at the British Arabian Championships. Agonia is back with Emily for the 2012 season and is now on a countdown to HOYS!

Bred By Lisa Dunn of Elysium Arabians and bought by Alisons mum Jill in Autumn 2010 following a lengthy search for a stallion, helped by their friend Mike Johnson. It was pure luck, but a lovely link, that Elvis ended up having CAS Sabur breeding in him. He was broken and shown twice as a four year old at local riding clubs.
The Classic was only his 4th affiiliated show, following wins at North Wales, North Staffs and 2nd at Aintree, all as a novice. Elvis is an amazing friend with a fantastic temperament and loves nothing more than a good gallop out over the Yorkshire hills.
